Our Home as a Sanctuary: The Energy We’ve Built Here

This morning, as the early light moved through the trees and the house was completely still, I felt—again—just how alive this place is. Our home doesn’t just hold our lives… it holds our energy, our healing, and the evolution of who we’ve become inside these walls.

If you’ve ever walked into a space and felt your entire nervous system soften — like your shoulders dropped without you asking them to — then you understand what I mean when I talk about energy in a home.

For a long time, I didn’t realize we were slowly creating a sanctuary here. Not on purpose. Not through design boards or renovations. But through intention… through healing… through all the moments that cracked us open and all the moments that stitched us back together.

My home has witnessed some of my deepest expansions, my hardest seasons, and my softest mornings. It has held ceremony energy, grief energy, laughter energy, and the kind of quiet that feels like a prayer. This home has been shaped by quiet mornings, intentional living, and the energy we’ve poured into it over the years.

And over time, I realized: this space has a heartbeat of its own.

It’s why Nick comes home from work and immediately exhales — the kind of exhale you can feel in your chest. It’s why people walk through the front door and pause, like they’re remembering something. It’s why even on hard days, I feel supported here… like the walls breathe with us.

I’ve always been intentional about the energy inside my home — cleansing it, grounding it, blessing it, tending to it the same way you would a garden. But recently, I’ve felt something deeper moving in: This home isn’t just for us. It’s meant to be shared.

As my work has deepened and my own healing has unfolded, I started to realize that this home wasn’t just supporting us — it was preparing to support others too. Almost like the space itself was whispering: It’s time.

So many of you have asked for a quiet place to receive energy work, Reiki, bodywork, or ceremony support — a place that feels warm, safe, sacred, and real. Not a clinic. Not a sterile room. A true sanctuary.

And I want to open my doors to that.

Starting soon, I’ll be offering select sessions and healing work right here in my home — in a space infused with intention, ceremony, and love.

The same energy that helps Nick reset after long days…the same energy that has supported me through motherhood, grief, and becoming…the same energy that has held countless prayers and whispered guidance from spirit…

…will now be available for the people who feel called to receive here.

House & Land Clearing Offerings

Just like people, homes hold energy. Land holds stories. Rooms remember what happens inside them.

Sometimes a space needs help returning to itself — clearing old stagnancy, releasing heaviness, or welcoming in fresh, grounded energy.

I’ve done this work in my own home for years, and I’m being called to offer it to others:

*clearing

*blessing

*grounding

*harmonizing the land a home sits on

*helping families reset the energetic blueprint of their space

Whether someone is going through major life changes, grief, new beginnings, conflict, or simply desires a lighter environment — a space clearing can be deeply transformative.

This is the next chapter.

More personal. More intentional. More aligned with who I am and how I’m meant to serve.

If our home has taught me anything, it’s that healing doesn’t just happen inside of us —it happens around us, through us, and in the spaces we choose to tend to.

If you feel called to experience this space — whether through healing work or a home or land clearing — you’re always welcome to reach out. When the time is right, you’ll know.
